New Member Here! Interested in making Hard Money Loans to Land Flippers

Hello RETipster community! I am new here and am a member of the Land Investing Masterclass. I have flipped land before the old fashioned way (buying from a realtor and waiting on the land value to increase and then reselling) but am excited to be flipping land for much more profit after learning from the masterclass!
I have access to capital and am interested in doing some hard money lending to land flippers along with running my own land flip business.
