Where can I get a video surveillance system?

I park my car in front of the house and soon I started noticing scratches on it. I'm sure it wasn't my doing. I want to install cameras on the fence to have control over this. Tell me how best to choose.
Avery Hoffman I know there are a lot of different options out there. Owners of self-storage facilities use these kinds of systems pretty regularly to monitor their properties.
The only one I have personal experience with is the Nest Cam Outdoor. I actually put together a review on it a few years ago.
All things considered, it's a pretty inexpensive system that works well enough. You don't need to pay for access to the recordings, but they're pretty useful to have. I'm currently paying $60/yr for recording on 3 different cameras on my house, and the footage is stored for 30 days.
As long as the cameras are close enough to a wifi signal, you should be good to go.
I have no personal experience with these, but whatever you do choose, be sure you setup proper security on the device itself. Maybe things have gotten better, but I remember hearing lots of reports in the news awhile back about these cameras being hacked, Nest in particular.

Linda Hastings Whoa, that is crazy!
I didn't realize this was a thing with Nest products. I gotta take a closer look at this.

Well, there are a hell of a lot of systems actually that you could choose from. I have actually installed 8 wyze cams around the house and the entire area, besides that I have some motions sensors on the backyard, and surely a great security system on the inside. I have actually setted them up to work together, and I can tell you that it was really tough, however it is working really fine. The wyze cams are awesome taking into consideration their low price.
