I recently purchased a wholesale lot in Cochise AZ. I signed an Affidavit of Property Value with the seller and received a Warranty Deed.
I now have a buyer and want to know if I can just perform the same steps with them or is something else needed? I plan to have the deed recorded for the buyer. Sale price is $3K.
