I have been mailing to Georgia consistently for the last month or so. I have gotten a total of 3 purchase agreements signed and have gotten quotes for what each of the lots could go for from some of the local real estate agents. I am looking to sell the purchase agreements to any investors interested.
I just simply do not have the time to sell the properties and I would like to just sell the contracts. If anyone in here is interested in purchasing the agreements off of me let me know!
