I'm always curious to hear what accounting software other real estate investors are using.
Quickbooks for 20 years or so. Still using QB 2016. No longer supported and time to upgrade. It does everything we need for each LLC and each Trust we set up as well as personal and a Health Care Trust the businesses fund. Integrates well with the CPA for taxes. No problems except I am not crazy about sitting at a computer doing accounting! But the info is great to have and quality info is very useful. Sean
@sean-markey we’re also still running on QB 2016. Holding out as long as we can!
