I hope it's ok to submit my own name. I'm a land-focused agent in western North Carolina. I technically do list/sell homes too, but about 85% of my business is land. It's more fun than walking through yet another 3/2 ranch and talking about floors and countertops. I'm extremely familiar with how land flippers operate and even flipped a couple lots a few years ago before I was licensed. Land can be especially tough in my market due to topography. Buying and selling mountain land just comes with a couple extra challenges. I've got my nose in the market every day and understand those challenges.
