They are great land photographers and drone operators. They work all over northern California, especially in places like Chico, Oroville, Redding, etc. They are very good with land. They can find rural land with good maps and no address, which is rare! You do not have to be present.

I am a Realtor selling exclusively vacant land, and I have used Greg Vogel Photography now for a few years. Greg is my go-to guy for all of southern California. Great things about Greg: 1) his photos are clear and compelling, 2) he pays careful attention to my “shot list” and instructions, 3) he’s willing to drive some distance to properties, 4) he’s able to locate rural land listings, even when there is no address and I’m not present and all he has is an aerial map and longitude/latitude, 5) he has dealt with all kinds of difficult terrain like slopes, and sandy/rutted dirt roads, to get onto the property, 6) he’s willing to walk all corners of the land, shooting in all directions. Real estate photographers are not all created equal. For example, some don’t own boots and really prefer it when they can take photos of land while standing delicately on a paved sidewalk. That’s not Greg. Greg will get-er-done! If you are selling vacant rural land in Southern California, Greg is the guy you want to hire for your photos!
