When you think about all that goes into a real estate investor's typical week – it's crazy to think of how many “little things”, oddball projects and one-time jobs come up... the kinds of things that most of us aren't experts at and/or don't have time to do.
The good news is – there are some great online marketplaces FULL of freelance experts who can help us knock out some of these tasks. If you've got a job that doesn't come up often (or you simply don't know how to do it), but it still needs to get done, you ought to get familiar with a website called Fiverr.
What is Fiverr?
Fiverr is a massive online marketplace that helps entrepreneurs of all kinds find freelance services that fit within their budget and timeline for whatever projects they're working on.
When the site first started in 2010, the original concept was to offer jobs and services for just $5.
These days, most of the services on Fiverr may start in that range, but the final price usually ends up exceeding this amount (that's what I've found anyway). Even so, the cost you'll end up paying is still FAR cheaper than most other online services you'll find today, and for that reason – Fiverr is a nice resource to be aware of… especially if your goal is to find good help for the least amount possible.
What Can You Use Fiverr For?
I've hired freelancers on Fiverr for all kinds of things in my business. Everything from voiceover services to web design to list sorting help – this website offers assistance for just about anything you can imagine.
If you take a few minutes and think about where the biggest service gaps are in your business (maybe some areas you've been ignoring for a long time?) – it probably won't be hard to come up with half a dozen areas where you need help fast.

List Sorting Services
When you're doing a direct mail campaign to a delinquent tax list, you'll have to deal with the biggest hassles of making sense of the data and getting the list sorted out.

The most common use for a voiceover service in a real estate investing business would be creating a professional-sounding voicemail message (something I rely heavily on in my business). You could also hire this kind of help to be the voice of a whiteboard explainer video or even for narrating a property listing video.
Now, if you're confident in the sound of your voice and your ability to deliver a clean, clear message – then you can probably get by without this kind of help – but if you have any doubts or a lack of confidence in your voice (or if you just want your callers/viewers/listeners to hear a voice other than your own), Fiverr's Voiceover Services can be a great solution for getting the job done.
Every time I've hired these kinds of jobs on Fiverr (even when the jobs were fairly extensive), my prices were anywhere from $25 to $50. Not a bad deal!
A company logo is something that, when done well, can convey a lot of value and credibility to the new prospects and leads that come across your company website or social media platforms. Likewise, when a logo is done poorly, it can also hurt your credibility and scare off prospects before they even talk to you.
There are many places to get a high-quality logo designed for your company, and while many of these sources will deliver a great end product, the price isn't necessarily “cheap”.

Fiverr has a TON of professionals who can do just about anything in your website's production, development, and design.
Whether your website is running on WordPress or some other platform, chances are, you'll be able to find plenty of help making the tweaks and customizations you need on your site.
The final price for this kind of work can be all over the board (depending on several factors), but most of the website projects I've hired for have been $50 – $200.
It's one thing to build your website, but it's another thing entirely for that website to get noticed by your target audience.
If you've ever felt like your website is going completely unnoticed – lost in an endless ocean of other websites on the internet, it might be time to hire out some search engine optimization services.
The first time I hired some SEO help back in 2011, it was one of the most pivotal changes in my online presence. I could generate TONS of free online leads to my buying website, and it never would have happened if I hadn't gotten the right kind of help to make it happen. Finding a talented SEO specialist may be the way to go if you could use some more organic traffic!
I will say, SEO has changed a lot in recent years. What worked five years ago won't necessarily work the same today, but it can still make a notable difference, especially when starting from nothing.
