Need Help In Your Land Business?

When you're getting started in a new business venture like buying and selling vacant land, there are a lot of things to learn about how to find deals, research properties and get them sold quickly for a profit.

A mentoring relationship isn't always necessary for everyone to get started. Some people have everything it takes to figure it out on their own. It's not a question of whether they'll succeed… it’s just a matter of how long it will take to get there.

This is where a good coach and mentor can be a game-changer because they can shave a significant amount of time off your learning curve, which can have an invaluable impact on your business and life - getting you to your financial goals much faster.

If you want to jump start your business and significantly shorten your learning curve, we can help with that!

  1. Awesome informative and encouraging video… Thanks Seth and Jaren. Also appreciate Jaren wrapping up with a Christ centered focus. Couple of questions: 1. Jaren mentioned the course offed by Seth/ReTipster where can we learn more about this? 2. After finding these deals or properties that your really want to pursue, do you open title at your “go to” title company to find any liens or clouds prior to making an offer? Many of the deals we are finding come with inherent title issues. Most of the time dealing with properties that were inherited and multiple heirs… how do you navigate issues like this and as I mentioned, is this part of your due diligence prior to making an offer or afterwards?

    1. Hey David! Thanks for listening. Glad you appreciated the interview.

As for the REtipster Club, you can find that at https://retipster.club (and if you want to see a little “self review” I did on that, you can find it here: https://retipster.com/retipster-club-review)

As for your second question, you can open title at a title company, but when you’re buying properties for ultra-cheap, sometimes the economics don’t make sense (and believe it or not, you can close these yourself if you know how to follow the formalities, as I explain in this blog post: https://retipster.com/how-to-close-cash-transaction

That being said, if the value of the property is worth $10K or more, then yes, using a title company is usually a pretty easy decision. They will go a lot slower, but they’ll take a ton of work off your hands in the process.

Amazing interview Jaren & Seth! Loved it, thank you. Jaren, congrats on your first couple of deals. I wanted to mention your vision… The vision you have on your eventual company with 5-10 “Rainmakers”, and most importantly being Believers and being “Faith~Based”, there is no way you can fail… I wish you all the best, may God Bless all that you touch, and I thank you for your amazing expertise and honesty in your interviews. You and Seth are changing lives for the better! Amazing!

Best to you Jaren & Seth!
