If it's something people could skim and forget, it doesn't.
The Quick Self-Check
Before you pitch us your guest blog post, ask yourself:
- Does this content apply to land investors, even if it speaks to a broader audience?
- Does the reader finish with a clear, actionable next step?
- Is every paragraph earning its place, or is some of it filler?
- Is this original content that hasn't been published anywhere else?
- Am I okay with one backlink max, and only if the article earns it?
- Would I be comfortable if the editor cut my link entirely?
If you answered “no” or “maybe” to any of these, your submission will likely be rejected.
A Few Hard Rules
- No pitching. One link back to your site, period.
- No spinning existing articles.
- Grammar and structure need to be clean before you submit. Our editor improves articles; he doesn't rescue them.
